Where would be a good place to start acting in commerical and on TV?

I really want to be a actor. Im 13 years old. I love to make people laugh. I really do too. Im also a really smart. I live in the Midwest. A strong side to my acting is Improv. I want to get into commericals and stuff but i don’t know where to start. Can you help me?
